Lily Morse

Lily Morse (they/she) is a 17-year-old student, endurance athlete, Climate Reality Leader (2020 Global Training), and the Executive Director and Co-Founder of the Green Schools Campaign. They’ve also organized with Sunrise Movement Bozeman on a campaign to hold Montana’s monopolized energy provider accountable. Lily founded the Climate Reality Youth Inclusion Coalition, as a grassroots group of 50+ youth, allies, and staff working to create an intergenerational movement at the Climate Reality Project. She has spoken to thousands at local marches, online webinars, international conferences, and panels. By riding their bike 300 miles through the backcountry on her “Ride for Climate Justice”, Lily raised money for the Green Schools Campaign.

They were raised in Long Beach, CA, and currently live in Bozeman, MT with their family on the lands of the Cheyenne, Salish, and Crow. They are passionate about climate justice, youth engagement, outdoor equity, and mental health. Lily is also in the inaugural class of female and non-binary Eagle Scouts in the Boy Scouts program. In her free time, Lily loves to knit, spend time in nature, drink tea, put together fun outfits, read, and be with friends and family!
